Over the weekend I was able to attend Podcamp Halifax 2010. The hash tag on Twitter is #podcamphfx. It was my first podcamp, and my first social media “un-conference”. I really enjoyed the presentations, though I was disappointed that I had to pick and choose between topics that all sounded so interesting. I need another me! Though, this isn’t exactly news. Most of the information from PodcampHFX had some direct correlation with what I’m doing here with Starcrossed. Thanks to everyone who presented and shared their views on social media.
It was also very cool to see what other social media events are happening around Halifax. One in particular that I’m looking forward to taking in is Third Wednesday Halifax. I missed it this month, but I hope to be there in February.
