Stiffler and K are a comic making couple out of Ohio that take embellished autobiographical situations and turn them into their slice of life comic Chaos Life. The more we interview artists behind journal-like comics on Comics Coast to Coast the more I like them. I got quite a few laughs combing through their archives. Since its debut in 2011, Chaos Life has been featured in numerous publications, including The Washington Post, The Discovery Channel’s Official Blog, The Australian Broadcasting Company, WIRED, and Neatorama among many other online and real-world venues.

But wait, there’s more!

Stiffler and K also publish a weekly online graphic novel called Find Chaos. It’s a very different tone compared to the whimsical Chaos Life. The subject matter and accompanying color pallet make for a compelling first bite.

Recently released from Winthrop Asylum for the Criminally Insane, Arthur Carrol must navigate the perils of a world he barely understands with a fragile grip on his own psyche. Morality, religion of all kinds and madness coincide along the way in a chaotic reality that could be more than he ever bargained for.
